What is the typical lead time from order to commissioning?+

Standard machines (dry-ice blocks, pelletizers, blasting units, freeze-dryers up to 50 kg) ship in 8–12 weeks after order confirmation. Customized CCUS plants and large lyophilizers (100 kg+) take 16–24 weeks depending on capacity and site complexity. Site survey, fabrication, factory testing, shipping, and commissioning are all included in the timeline we commit to in writing.

What kind of warranty do you offer?+

All Freeztech machinery comes with a 12-month standard warranty on materials and workmanship from the date of commissioning. Compressors, refrigeration units, and proprietary control systems carry OEM warranties that we pass through directly. Extended 24/36-month warranties and AMC contracts are available at quote time.

Do you customize machines for our specific gas source or capacity?+

Yes — customization is our default, not an exception. Our process engineers design around your CO₂ source (brewery, distillery, flue gas, diesel, natural gas), your target capacity, your site footprint, your utility availability, and your local compliance requirements. Customization is included in the standard quote; no premium for "tailored" specs.

Do you handle installation and operator training?+

Yes. We can deliver turn-key (we handle everything from foundation to first production batch) or supervised installation (your contractor erects the equipment under our supervision). Operator training (2–5 day program depending on machine complexity), commissioning support, and process optimization handover are all included in the project scope.

What about spare parts and after-sales service?+

We stock OEM spares for all installed machinery at our Coimbatore HQ — same-day dispatch within India, 48–72 hours internationally for critical parts. Our service team offers long-term AMC contracts, scheduled preventive maintenance, and 24/7 phone support for installed customers. Most plants have been running 10–15+ years on our service.

Do you export internationally?+

Yes — we export across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond. Our machinery is built to international standards with full GMP documentation for pharma builds. We handle export paperwork, container logistics, customs coordination, and on-site commissioning visas for our engineers. Region-specific compliance requirements are scoped during the engineering phase.
