Standard machines (dry-ice blocks, pelletizers, blasting units, freeze-dryers up to 50 kg) ship in 8–12 weeks after order confirmation. Customized CCUS plants and large lyophilizers (100 kg+) take 16–24 weeks depending on capacity and site complexity. Site survey, fabrication, factory testing, shipping, and commissioning are all included in the timeline we commit to in writing.
All Freeztech machinery comes with a 12-month standard warranty on materials and workmanship from the date of commissioning. Compressors, refrigeration units, and proprietary control systems carry OEM warranties that we pass through directly. Extended 24/36-month warranties and AMC contracts are available at quote time.
